Our online store accepts and processes orders 24/7. Our shipping, deliveries and customer service operates during office hours: Monday – Friday from 9am-6pm. Feel free to place your order or send us a message, #yourRaceYaya will get back to you during office hours.
RaceYaya charges a flat rate of PhP150 for shipping within Metro Manila and the Philippines. Please expect your orders to arrive within 2-3 working days if within Metro Manila and 5 -10 days for provincial and remote locations.
We use our in-house delivery service within Metro Manila and LBC for others outside Metro Manila.
International shipping – We currently have no option to deliver outside the Philippines in shop.raceyaya.com. If you wish to send an order to an international location, please drop us a message at [email protected] . We will send you a quote or refer you to a local distributor if your location has one.
You can check the status of your delivery by selecting Track Order from the Main Menu and logging on to your account.
We use PayPal to process all credit card and debit card payments as it offers a great range of buyer protections including real time fraud prevention, world class security, refunds for incorrect orders and excellent resolution support. After checkout, you will be redirected to the paypal page for you to complete the payment process. Confirmation and posting of payment are automated for verified paypal account.
We also accept bank deposit, bank details are sent to you via email upon confirmation of orders.

We accept items to be returned in cases when your order is not the actual fit size or it’s not what you actually prefer. It should be returned in their original packaging and original condition within 5 days of purchase. This excludes special promotional and discounted items. Used items can only be returned for manufacturer defect.
