Lace up and run your best 5K. Whether you are a beginner starting from zero, or someone who wants to beat their 5K finish time, this course is for you.

This course will run for 12 weeks with culmination in December. Choose from between weekly group classes or availing of a training plan with online remote coaching.

Coach Ken Mendola is a USA Track and Field Level 1 Coach, and has completed the USATF – Basic Principles of Endurance Training and PATAFA Athletics Academy – Athletics Coaches Education System. He was the TBR Dream Marathon Lead Coach in 2018-2019 and 2019-2020. He is also the Founder and Head Coach of WeKenRun.
