Endurance Strength and Conditioning


Improve your strength and work on your conditioning. This training is great for endurance athletes of all levels, from beginner athletes to the advanced ones.

Group classes are available every Wednesdays at 7PM and Saturdays at 3PM and require a minimum of three (3) persons to commence.

Solo sessions are also available. Upon booking, you will be receiving an email to schedule your session.
