Every Saturday, work on your strength with the performance bands class.
This functional performance band workout is broken up into three sections: warm-up, 30-minute workout and cool down. Resistance bands will be used. The resistance bands use oppositional force to train your muscles instead of weight. We will alter how intense the workout you get by either choosing a band with more resistance or moving where you hold on the band to create more resistance yourself.
