Focus on working with the muscle groups that are often neglected during training. The goal is to avoid or prevent injuries from happening.
Group classes are available every Tuesdays at 7PM and Saturdays at 4PM and require a minimum of three (3) persons to commence.
Solo sessions are also available. Upon booking, you will be receiving an email to schedule your session.
